平臺費用和付款政策介紹

9.1費用：

根據(jù)商戶的 Wish 賬戶中注明的條款或商戶可能與 Wish 簽訂的任何其他協(xié)議的條款，在產(chǎn)品售出時，Wish 將向商戶支付商戶提供給 Wish 的定價中抽取一定百分比或固定金額。

如果商戶使用用于通過 Wish 服務(wù)售賣產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)或功能，或與之相關(guān)的其他服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能（例如，ProductBoost、Fulfillment By Wish 等），Wish 可能會就這些服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能收取 Wish 告知的某些額外或其他費用。如果 Wish 推出用于通過 Wish 服務(wù)售賣產(chǎn)品的新服務(wù)或功能，或與之相關(guān)的新服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能，則該服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能的費用將在服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品功能推出時生效。除非另有說明，否則所有費用均以美元 (USD) 報價。

所有費用均依據(jù)商戶政策11 - 貨幣所述報價。

在某些情況下，包括但不限于無效的交易，Wish 可以在商戶的賬單中借記適用費用。

除非《商戶服務(wù)條款》或《稅費政策》另有規(guī)定，您有責任支付與使用 Wish 和在 Wish 上銷售相關(guān)的所有費用和適用稅項。

9.2付款

在商戶遵守服務(wù)條款和其他 Wish 政策的前提下，除去應(yīng)退還給用戶的任何款項、適用于商戶賬戶的費用、針對商戶的賠款、酌情預(yù)付款或通過支付處理商支付的預(yù)付款，或 Wish 有權(quán)針對商戶抵銷的其他收費或金額（統(tǒng)稱為“收費”），商戶應(yīng)獲支付下述金額。

9Fees and Payments

9.1Fees:

Depending on the terms noted within the merchant’s Wish account or the terms of any other agreement the merchant may have with Wish, Wish will either take a percentage or a set amount of the list price provided to Wish by the merchant when an item sells.

Should the merchant use additional services or product features related to the sales of items through or in connection with Wish’s services (e.g., , Fulfillment By Wish, etc.), these services or product features may be subject to certain additional or different fees as communicated by Wish. In the event Wish introduces a new service or product feature related to the sales of items through or in connection with Wish’s services, the fees for that service or product feature will be effective upon the launch of the service or product feature.

All fees are quoted in the manner described in Merchant Policy 11 - Currency.

In certain situations, including but not limited to a void or invalid transaction, Wish may issue a debit to a merchant’s billing statement for the applicable fees.

Except as set forth in the Merchant Terms of Service or the Tax Policy, you are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using and selling on Wish.

9.2Payments

Provided the merchant is in compliance with the Terms of Service and other Wish policies, and excluding any amounts due to refunds to customers, fees applied to merchant accounts, penalties issued against the merchant, discretionary advances or advances made through payment processors, or other charges or amounts that is entitled to offset against the merchant (collectively, the “Charges”), the merchant shall be paid the amounts noted below.
