首先差評(píng)中的feedback,一般你只要在后臺(tái)request removal基本上系統(tǒng)都可以直接幫你刪掉,因?yàn)榇蠖鄶?shù)的feedback是關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的一些問(wèn)題,亞馬遜系統(tǒng)很快就能夠識(shí)別刪除掉。

首先差評(píng)中的feedback,一般你只要在后臺(tái)request removal基本上系統(tǒng)都可以直接幫你刪掉,因?yàn)榇蠖鄶?shù)的feedback是關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的一些問(wèn)題,亞馬遜系統(tǒng)很快就能夠識(shí)別刪除掉。

如果第一次沒(méi)刪除掉,你再重新開(kāi)這個(gè)case,理由隨便說(shuō)說(shuō),客服也很快就刪除掉了。

現(xiàn)在的刪差評(píng)的技術(shù)手段,基本都是用大量的買(mǎi)家號(hào)report abuse你的這一條差評(píng),然后被亞馬遜機(jī)器識(shí)別移除掉,但是買(mǎi)家號(hào)資質(zhì)高的,review權(quán)重高的,review存活時(shí)間越久的,難度系數(shù)越大。

然后再者就是在差評(píng)鏈接中comment 中大量插入U(xiǎn)RL,讓機(jī)器識(shí)別這一條review異常,自動(dòng)移除。

以下是圈內(nèi)實(shí)操型亞馬遜運(yùn)營(yíng)大神分享在自媒體的自身真實(shí)案例:

 

1,首先通過(guò)后臺(tái)正常開(kāi)case填寫(xiě):

ASIN or ISBN of the product:

Title of the review:

The name of the reviewer:

The date of the review as it appears on our website:

The direct link to the review /post (click the 'Comments' link after the review, and copy/paste the URL that displays in your web browser:

Required action:

收到第一篇官方回復(fù)如下:

Hello,

I've read the review titled"XXXXXXXXXX"for the“products XXXXXX”

I understand your concerns, but the review doesn't violate our posted guidelines, so I'm unable to remove it in its current format.

We try to encourage our customers to give their honest opinions on our products while staying within our guidelines. As a retailer we are interested in cultivating a diversity of opinion on our products. Part of that is allowing our customers to air their honest thoughts on items they have received. Here's a link to our guidelines for reference:

基本上很多次這樣去開(kāi)case都是收到這樣的官方模板回復(fù),這一次因?yàn)槭潜桓?jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手用小號(hào)搞,所以必須移除掉,以儆效尤!

 

然后亞馬遜郵件后的調(diào)查,全部寫(xiě)了no,然后把要移除review的內(nèi)容又重新弄上去。十分鐘后收到如下回復(fù):

Hello,

We'd be happy to research the situation with the review you are reporting, but unfortunately I couldn't find the review based on the information in your message.

At your convenience, please send us direct links to the reviews by clicking the "Comments" link after the review, and copy/pasting the URL that displays in your web browser.

關(guān)于這句話的理解:please send us direct links to the reviews by clicking the "Comments" link after the review, and copy/pasting the URL that displays in your web browser.

客服要我先點(diǎn)擊cooments,然后再把URL開(kāi)case過(guò)去,因?yàn)榭头](méi)找到我的差評(píng)鏈接。

因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)太差,但是誤打誤撞;

在那個(gè)差評(píng)的comments中把差評(píng)的URL評(píng)論上去,然后再去開(kāi)了新的case,過(guò)一會(huì)就差評(píng)刪除掉了,其實(shí)差評(píng)移除掉不是因?yàn)閞eview評(píng)論了URL的原因,,但是思路是對(duì)的

首先關(guān)于差評(píng)的技術(shù)手段去移除,不太建議,既然他的初衷是通過(guò)亞馬遜機(jī)器人識(shí)別到異常行動(dòng)然后機(jī)器人自動(dòng)移除,亞馬遜是一個(gè)很牛畢的數(shù)據(jù)公司,你大量的通過(guò)這樣的方式去操作,系統(tǒng)記錄肯定會(huì)越來(lái)越多的

 

然后關(guān)于開(kāi)case移除,如果模板自動(dòng)回復(fù),那么你就給差評(píng),引起人工的注意

同時(shí)也從其他入口開(kāi)了case,其他入口的客服回復(fù)如下:

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

I understand that your concern is regarding review removal and account deletion. Please do not worry I will surely help you in this regard.

First of all I appreciate the time taken by you to letting us know about it. This shows your commitment towards customer Service.

Please be informed that I have personally filled your Review Removal form and have forwarded your contact to the team that owns Customer Reviews.

Please note that the team that owns this feature doesn't use the case system. So your case will appear closed in Seller Central.

This team will work on the review and review will remove from the detail page. If this team needs additional information to complete their investigation, they will reach out to you directly.

I hope the information I have provided proves helpful. If there is anything else we can do to make things easier for you and to salvage what has up to now been a valued relationship, please let us know.

開(kāi)case刪除差評(píng),這個(gè)移除權(quán)限是屬于買(mǎi)家團(tuán)隊(duì)的,不是屬于賣(mài)家支持的

feedback對(duì)于買(mǎi)家買(mǎi)家和都沒(méi)那么重要,所以feedback基本上很容易移除,

但是review,三方都很緊張這個(gè)東西,對(duì)待這個(gè)移除review和新增review都異常的重視,審核非常嚴(yán)格,所以不管好的review還是差的review對(duì)標(biāo)的價(jià)值都非常高
